Who we are and who sells to you

The site is run by Pablo Gómez, an individual based in Argentina ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@premiumcalculator.fyi.

Who sells to you depends on how you pay:

• By card: Armitage Labs OÜ ("Creem", Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia) is our merchant of record. Creem resells the certificate to you in its own name and is the legal seller: it charges you, issues your receipt, collects and pays any VAT, GST or sales tax and processes refunds and chargebacks. Your card purchase is also governed by Creem's Buyer Terms.
• In crypto: the seller is Pablo Gómez directly. The payment is only processed by FD Transfers LLC ("NOWPayments"), a crypto payment processor that is not a party to the sale; its terms apply to the payment itself.

In both cases we are responsible for the product itself, for delivering it and for supporting you.

What you buy

For each payment of US$100 you get a Certificate of Premium Computation for one calculation you typed:

• the result of that calculation, shown right after payment;
• a certificate page at its own private, hard-to-guess link that you can share, and a certificate image you can download;
• optionally, a name of your choice on the certificate and a spot on the public Wall of Fame.

The price is US$100, a one-time payment in US dollars, shown before you pay. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, and discount codes are not available.

• By card you pay exactly US$100, taxes included: Creem calculates and pays any VAT, GST or sales tax out of that amount.
• In crypto you pay an invoice of US$100, converted by NOWPayments into the coin you choose at the time of payment, plus any network or wallet fees, which are yours. No VAT is collected by a merchant of record on crypto sales.

It is a humor product, and we say so

Premium Calculator is entertainment. Any free calculator gives exactly the same result. You are not paying for a better, more accurate or secret answer, and the certificate has no financial, academic, professional or official value. Words like "premium", "luxury" or "the most exclusive calculator in the world" are part of the joke.

The result is not advice of any kind. Do not rely on it for anything important (homework, taxes, engineering, medicine, money).

How results are calculated

Results come from our own calculator. Angles are in degrees, results are rounded to 12 significant digits and very large or small numbers are shown in exponent form, as described on the site. Expressions without a finite result (for example, dividing by zero) cannot be bought.

If you believe a result we sold you is wrong because of a bug, tell us. We will check it and, if we got it wrong, correct your certificate or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract, and you must use a payment method you are authorized to use. The site is not intended for children. Creem and NOWPayments do not process payments from some countries under sanctions; if they refuse a payment, we cannot sell to you either. Crypto payments are not available to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates or Russia, or of any country where crypto payments are restricted, because NOWPayments does not serve them: please pay by card.

Ordering and delivery

When you press "=", we show you the price, the humor disclaimer, what you get, who processes the payment and that sales are final. To continue, you tick the checkboxes (age and Terms; immediate delivery and loss of the right of withdrawal) and choose a payment method: Creem's secure card checkout or a NOWPayments crypto invoice. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed: by card, when Creem confirms it (usually within seconds); in crypto, when the payment reaches the confirmations the network requires, which can take several minutes. Delivery is immediate: the result appears on the result page as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Keep the result page link private. It contains your order reference, which is what lets you (and only you) change the name on your certificate or remove it from the Wall of Fame. Share the certificate link instead.

Paying in crypto

• Send exactly the amount shown on the invoice, in the coin and on the network shown. Payments sent on another network or to another address may be lost, and we cannot recover them.
• If you send less than the invoice amount, the result is not delivered until the rest arrives. You can complete the payment from the invoice page while it is open.
• Invoices expire. If your payment arrives after the invoice expired, or you pay more than the invoice, write to us: see the Refund policy.
• Crypto transactions cannot be reversed by a bank or card network. A refund, when due, is sent by us in crypto, as explained in the Refund policy.

Right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country that gives consumers a right to withdraw from online purchases, note that the certificate is digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, in a separate checkbox, you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the result is shown to you (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Because the result is shown as soon as you pay, purchases are final and cannot be refunded for a change of mind.

Names and the Wall of Fame

Adding a name is optional, and so is appearing on the Wall of Fame. You choose both after paying. A name you add is public: it appears on your certificate, which anyone with the link can see, and, if you opt in, on the Wall of Fame. You can use a nickname.

Names must be 2 to 32 characters long and must not:

• insult, harass or threaten anyone, or contain hate speech, sexual content or slurs;
• impersonate a real person, a brand or an organization you do not represent, or suggest that Premium Calculator, Creem, NOWPayments or any company endorses you;
• contain links, email addresses, phone numbers, ads or anyone else's personal data;
• break the law or someone else's rights.

Our automatic filter blocks many names, but not all. We may refuse, hide or remove any name or Wall of Fame entry at any time if we think it breaks these rules, without having to give a reason; your certificate stays valid without the name. You can remove your name or your Wall of Fame entry at any time from the result page, or by writing to support@premiumcalculator.fyi.

Your certificate and our content

The site, its design, texts and the certificate template belong to us. We give you a personal, worldwide, free and non-exclusive license to keep, display and share your certificate and its image, including on social media, for as long as you like. You may not sell it, alter it to mislead anyone, or present it as an official document.

You keep any rights you may have in the name you choose. By adding it, you allow us to display it on your certificate and, if you opt in, on the Wall of Fame, until you remove it.

Fair use of the site

Do not attack or overload the site, use bots to get around the anti-bot check, test stolen cards, scrape the Wall of Fame to collect names, or try to access certificates that are not yours. We may block access and cancel orders linked to fraud.

Availability and how long certificates last

We intend to keep certificate pages online for as long as the project runs. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. If we ever decide to close it, we will announce it on the site at least 30 days in advance so you can download your certificate image.

Refunds

Refunds are explained in the Refund policy. Card refunds are paid by Creem to your card; crypto refunds are sent by us in crypto.

Liability

The site and the certificate are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the certificate concerned.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence), or takes away the mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not alter what you received for a purchase you already made.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts that your consumer law allows. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems are solved with an email.

For card purchases, your relationship with Creem is governed by Creem's Buyer Terms. For crypto purchases, the processing of the payment is governed by NOWPayments' terms.
