Refund Policy

Translations of this page are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
The certificate is digital content delivered the moment you pay, so all sales are final, except in the cases below or where the law requires a refund. Card refunds are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, and go back to your card. Crypto refunds are sent by us, in crypto, to a wallet address you give us. To ask for one, write to support@premiumcalculator.fyi. We answer within 48 hours.
When you get a full refund
- Not delivered: you paid but the result or the certificate never appeared, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us.
- Charged twice: you were charged more than once for the same certificate, or charged without a certificate being created (for crypto, for example, a payment that arrived after the invoice expired).
- Wrong result: a bug made us show a wrong result, and you prefer a refund to a corrected certificate.
- Unauthorized payment: someone used your payment method without permission. Tell us, or Creem for card payments, right away.
- Required by law: any other case where mandatory consumer law, Creem's terms or card network rules require a refund.
Why other sales are final
Before paying, you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the result is shown (see the Terms). The result is shown as soon as the payment is confirmed. That is why we do not refund a change of mind, having seen the result, or the fact that a free calculator gives the same answer: we tell you all of this before you pay.
How to ask
Write to support@premiumcalculator.fyi with your certificate link, if you have it, and a short description of what went wrong. We answer within 48 hours.
- Card: include the email you used at checkout or your Creem receipt. Once approved, Creem issues the refund to your card; it usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You can also contact Creem about billing problems through your receipt email.
- Crypto: include the transaction identifier (hash) or the NOWPayments payment ID, and a wallet address for the same coin and network you paid with. We send back the same amount of the same coin we received, minus the network fee of the refund transaction; the network fees you paid when sending are not refundable. NOWPayments reviews crypto refunds and may ask for extra checks, for example if the address is not the one you paid from. Double-check the address: crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
What happens after a refund
When a certificate is refunded, it is cancelled: its page stops working and its Wall of Fame entry is removed.
Argentina: "Botón de arrepentimiento"
If you are a consumer in Argentina, you can revoke your purchase within 10 calendar days, without cost or explanation, by writing to support@premiumcalculator.fyi with the subject "Arrepentimiento" and the email you used at checkout. No registration or other step is needed. We will reply within 24 hours with a revocation code and process the full refund.
Payment providers and your mandatory rights
Creem handles card refunds and chargebacks under its terms, applicable law and card network rules, and may refund a card purchase itself in some cases, for example if we do not answer you in time. NOWPayments may delay or refuse a crypto refund if it suspects fraud or must comply with the law. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
Please write to us before disputing a charge
If something went wrong, an email to us is the fastest way to get your money back: a card chargeback through your bank takes weeks and costs everyone fees (crypto payments cannot be charged back). Disputing a charge you made and received may lead us to block future purchases.
Taxes
Card refunds are always for the full amount you paid, including any tax. Crypto refunds are for the amount of coin we received, minus the network fee of the refund.
